How to Change Helmet Information

If a helmet has already been entered into the system, but you need to change one of the helmet attributes, please follow these steps:
  • Go to the Customer Order List screen.
  • Highlight Order that contains the helmets you want to update, click on Scan Helmets at the bottom of the page.
  • Scan the RFID label on the helmet you want to change (should populate in the yellow Helmet ID field). The system will pull up the information that was previously entered.
  • Update the appropriate helmet attribute(s) and Save.


NOTE: If the helmet is not physically available to be scanned, you can:

  • Highlight Order that contains the helmets you want to update, click on Scan Helmets at the bottom of the page.
  • Manually enter the Helmet ID in yellow Helmet ID field. The system will pull up the information that was previously entered.
  • Update the appropriate helmet attribute(s) and Save.
