Helmet Warranty Information

To locate a helmet that has been submitted for Warranty Replacement:

Select Reconditioning.

Select Helmets Out for Warranty from sub-menu.

Locate appropriate helmet by Order No. or Helmet ID.

Options:

  • View Helmet Warranty:

  • Replace Under Warranty:

If the helmet is replaced, add New Helmet ID and initial season.

Select Add to existing order (this is the default) or Create a new order for the helmet (Add Order No. and Order Reference).

Save.


  • Warranty Replacement Denied

If the warranty is denied, select Add to existing order (this is the default) or Create a new order for the helmet (Add Order No. and Order Reference).

Select the appropriate option What will you do with this rejected helmet?

Save.
