How to Label a helmet as "Out for Warranty"

Locate the order on the Orders page. Search.  

Highlight the order and select Scan at the bottom of the screen.

Scan the helmet. 

Select the  Reject radio button. Then select Crack-Shell as the Reject Reason; then select Warranty as the Next ActionSave.

Then the helmet shows up on the  Helmets Out for Warranty screen located under Order tab.
