Create Email messages to include with Order Detail/Summary/Recertification Reports
Here's how to create a message to include with the following reports:
- Order Summary
- Order Details
- Reconditioning History

On Administration tab:

Add Email:
Add your email address.
Select which email message you would like to add:
Enter email message, your first name and last name...Save.
If there are more than one email messages for an Email Type, the latest version of the Email Type will be used.

When you generate an email for a report that has an Organizational Email created, the message will displayed in the Email report NOTE field:
In addition to the Note field, you now have the ability to send to multiple email addresses in the "Others" email field.
